Both of my children have taken classes here and I'm now taking a ladies kickboxing class. Chris and Christine are fabulous instructors who truly care about their students, young and old. Update: Kickboxing is so much fun! I'm thankful for a great place to work out with such a supportive group of ladies.

My 3 boys (5,7,10 yrs old) take classes. We love the young, hip, but very professional atmosphere. I would recommend Epic to anyone lookin for martial arts classes!
