Been training here for the past two years. Can say enough good about it. This place is like family. I just wish I would have started a long time ago. Gold Dragon is more than just a gym. If you are looking for a place to train, I HIGHLY Recommend it!

Gold Dragon MMA is amazing. Whether you are coming to compete, bring your child, have a hobby, or get in shape, they have a class for you. My husband trained here and held a title of 8-0 and won two title belts ranking him #1 in Mississippi and Louisiana at the time he was actively fighting . I also trained here and got in the best shape of my life while I did. My son loves the kids classes. The coaches made sure the was something for everyone in my family .

Gold Dragon mma has a great family atmosphere. The coaches are super motivated to help you learn. No matter your skill level from the beginner to the well versed. We have someone for you to work with.

Came here for a one day trial. Seemed like good training, but it smells bad and I got ringworm. The jokes the teachers were saying were crude with a lot of cussing. And the children of the instructors were running around and sometimes distracting the instructor from teaching, he had to give his kid some attention and that somewhat interrupted him from focusing on teaching us. If it wasn't for those things, I'd probably train here.
