Absolutely love this gym and the culture of the "gym family" I've found here!! The owners have such a heart for their athletes and the entire community overall and the coaches are all amazing as well. 🥰 The space itself is also very well maintained, with high quality equipment, and they are always improving their space and how it flows! This place is literally my home away from home.

The best place I've ever worked out at!!! I do crossfit and all the coaches make it so enjoyable! Seeing the passion the the coaches have for CF as well as how they push you to do better and help you as well has gave me a passion for CF. Love the atmosphere, at the gym it's like a community and I instantly got a feeling of belonging. If you're debating on coming to this gym, go sign up as you'll enjoy yourself!!!! Also if you put the work in and eat healthy you'll get amazing results!

Love this gym. My son's jiu-jitsu class is there and everyone especially the owners are great to deal with. Lots of knowledge and they work perfectly with the kids.

Update: This gym gets better over time. It's been three years and the facility and coaching gets better all the time. In the last six months I've put on a ton of muscle with the new programming the owners have chosen. Can't imagine going back to working out alone. This is a great gym and community. The owners are knowledgeable and fun. I appreciate the family atmosphere.

Love this gym!! Great coaches, great athletes! Super family oriented! Very very very welcoming! Couldn’t ask for better support especially for people with anxiety about the gym!! Has become a second home for me and my nephew who is 6 and now does jujitsu and CrossFit! We love our Legacy fam!!
