This gym held a seminar training that my 10 year old son attended. The gym is outstanding and that includes the trainers, students and the management staff. Very welcoming, had a list of what the daily training was and instruction was great! Will come again!

My son is in the 4-7yr old class and has been to about 15 classes so far and is loving it. He is excited to go everyday. I highly recommend. Coach Josh is great with the kids.
