AmeriKick Martial Arts Lenexa

Our five year old LOVES being a Little Dragon at the Lenexa Amerikick! Favorite parts: Professional environment, the instructors are calm and patient with the kids, a set schedule that we can plan around, the waiting area for family and friends is clean and plenty big so grandma and grandpa can come watch! THANK YOU to the staff and program designers for such a wonderful and inclusive experience. Branch will no doubt benefit from the discipline, strength, and setting that Amerikick provides.

We just recently celebrated our son’s birthday here and it was incredible! The sensei was so accommodating and had all the kids engaged! It was a Blast!! My son loves going to Karate ! The Sensei is personable and such a great role model we HIGHLY recommend this place. Classes are a short 30 minutes and the kids are learning karate in fun creative ways!!!

My 5-year-old son has been attending this dojo and absolutely loves it! Sensei Rodrigo and Sensei David are amazing with kids, patient, energetic, and great at keeping the classes fun while still teaching real discipline and technique. My son has learned so much, from basic forms to listening skills and confidence. He looks forward to every class and talks about his karate moves all week long! If you're looking for a place where your child can learn, grow, and have a great time, I highly recommend this dojo. Wonderful environment, great staff, and an awesome experience for kids and adults of all ages.

We recently attended a birthday party at the Lenexa AmeriKick and had a fantastic experience! Our child was the youngest in the group (just 3 years old), and I was a little unsure how he’d do — but he had an absolute blast. There were a lot of kids there, ranging from toddlers to older elementary ages, and I was so impressed with how the instructor managed it all and had activities that accommodate all ages. Sensei Rodrigo kept the energy high, the atmosphere fun, and the kids engaged the entire time. It’s not easy to accommodate such a wide age range, but he did it effortlessly staying positive, patient, and in control — exactly what parent's hope for in a setting like this. Highly recommend this place for birthday parties or just checking out a class. It was a great introduction to karate for our little one and a fun, well-organized event overall! Sensei Rodrigo and Sensei David are both absolutely incredible! They are so patient, kind and attentive with the kids! From the very first visit; they will remember your kids name and treat them just like family! My son has learned so much discipline, patience and skills in just the short few months we’ve been coming! I cannot recommend them and Amerikick enough!
