My 8 year old started doing martial arts here in July and it has become her greatest passion! I have never seen her so excited to work hard and practice. She has grown stronger, more patient, her angry outbursts have gone way down, she believes in herself, and has made fantastic friendships. I can’t say enough great things about aplomb and the senseis. If you are looking for a martial arts location for your kids, don’t hesitate, this is the place to be!

I LOVE Aplomb martial arts. Sensei Gary is so funny and such a pleasure to work with. I came because I wanted to learn self defense skills, but I stayed because I love the dojo, the instructors, the students, and the culture or Aplomb! This is more than a school to learn how to punch and kick, this is a family.

My son has been going to Aplomb Lenexa dojo for most of this year and it has been amazing! We have loved the community and my son has so much fun on his training!
