Very welcoming gym. As soon as you start you feel a part of a team. Everyone knows you by name and makes sure it’s a custom experience. Not only is the boxing and conditioning a top tier program but you get the best nutrition advice. They always break everything down to make sure you understand the why and how for boxing and nutrition.

Mitch and Michael are some of the kindest and most knowledgeable trainers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. If you’re looking for a fun and effective workout, look no further!! While training with Combat Cardio, I lost 47lbs total and got back to my high school weight, which I never thought I’d see again. Their guidance and training was a driving force for my weight loss! These are two trainers who are driven to see their people succeed! Forever grateful for CC!

Recently started going and it is definitely worth giving it a shot. Not only is the training unlike anything i’ve done before, but the health advice is something you cannot get anywhere else. Both owners do a great job working with you to tailor your diet to your lifestyle. They are full of knowledge and they know how to give you one of the best workouts you can find in KC. If you’re on the fence just give it a try and see how good they are for yourself.

Combat Cardio KC and 9 Round are two different gyms with distinct differences. Combat Cardio KC demonstrated proper punching and kicking techniques, while 9 Round staff are not permitted to teach you effectively. Combat Cardio KC is more focused on one-on-one training and will collaborate with you to create a personalized nutrition plan that suits your needs. In contrast, 9 Round is less kid-friendly, as staff at the gym informed me that my children are no longer allowed to attend. Chad Fortner

Can't say enough good things about Combat Cardio! I started back in April after a scheduling a free workout with Mitch. I never did any sort of combat sports before joining, but knew I needed to get back into the gym and build a routine. Mitch and Michael are great trainers and really know how to guide you step-by-step while learning the routines. Not only the workout routine, but they will help you build a diet routine as well. The convenience of Combat Cardio is what made this gym the best fit for me. It takes roughly 40 minutes from start to finish. This makes it a great option for folks with busy schedules. However, if you want to stay a little longer to you are always more than welcome. Mitch and Michael will even write you up a couple rounds of focused lifting if that is what you are looking for. Since I joined Combat Cardio back in April, I have lost 30 pounds and my resting/walking heart rate has dropped 10-15 bpm! I feel much better overall and I owe it all to Mitch and Michael at Combat Cardio! I highly recommend scheduling a free workout at the very least and giving it a try. It could be a life changing decision!
