I've known John for nearly 12 years and so far not only has he been able to make his gym feel most like home, but more importantly he's going to make you a different person. The coaches and crew the gym provides are absolutely one of a kind Come here for world class martial arts training in the heart of America

A wonderful gym with an awesome coach whom really takes his time to completely break down what you are learning. Hell I've been to several mma gyms and I've NEVER I mean NEVER seen a coach whom has a back room designated for toys and books and a TV for your little ones while you train. I'm beyond thankful for this opportunity to learn and grow with this wonderful team! I think anyone would be lucky to learn here as well!
