E3 is great - this is my first introduction into a sport jiu-jitsu gym and I love it. There are enough class times that fit my work / life schedule. The place is always clean and people always friendly. I'd recommend E3 to anyone - brand new to the sport, hobbyist, or hardcore competitor. You'll get quality instruction & guaranteed to make some friends along the way.

Head coach Vinicius is a great coach and amazing with the kids. My 8 y/o daughter, brother and myself go here. It is welcoming and a great place to train with positive energy and kind and knowledgeable athletes. If you’re new or thinking about gi or no-gi you should give it a try.

I was visiting the area for work and called about dropping in for a class. Charlie and the E3 team were extremely hospitable and welcoming. We had a good class and the training partners were all great. Thank you for the experience and I will catch another class next time I am in town.

E3 has great instructors and a great environment. The members could not be better. You are always amongst friends, and there is so much help from the other members with your training, and it’s a great place to take your fitness to the next level.
