Super friendly staff and members! Clean gym with everything you need. Most importantly, they have Hammer Strength equipment, tons of dumbbells and benches. It's not crowded, and they have amazing hours. They also have showers and a sauna and the locker rooms are always clean. They literally have everything. I highly recommend you do a day pass. Ask for Hadar. He's a great guy and will hook you up with the best membership possible out of all their locations! They have a big Genesis in independence, and vivian as well.

Folks at this gym are incredibly helpful and kind. They go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and that they have your best interests in mind. This is a very clean and well kept gym with plenty of available equipment and a sauna.

I come this to this gym every time I’m visiting my parents. Good amount of rigs, free weights, cardio equipment. Very impressive amount of lifting machines. (Hammer Strength, Torque, Precor) I always look at bathrooms to see how a gym is ran. Very private locker room and mostly importantly….CLEAN. This is gym is a good mix of the serious lifting crowd and the judgement free crowd.

Gym equipment is fine but place is disgusting. You can tell the owners don’t care. Employees are never cleaning. Too bad as it could be good. A few things would make this place immensely better: 1 - replace carpet with vinyl flooring. Carpet is absolutely disgusting to work out on and this one takes the cake. At least vacuum if you’re going to have carpet. 2 - put wipes (instead of spray bottles) and people would actually wipe the equipment down. 3 - put some capital into this gym. Other locations look soooo much better than this one. Enjoy just a minuscule sample of what the nasty carpet looks like.
