Judo has been really great for our child. The Sensei teaches solid fundamental skills while always prioritizing safety. The environment is welcoming, everyone is very kind, and our child absolutely loves going to class. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing place to get your kiddos involved. The coaches are awesome, the facility is nice, and both of my kids truly enjoy it. My daughter competed in a meet 2 weeks after joining and won her first medal. She is an ambitious girl but she couldn’t have succeeded without the advice and training that was provided. They are super kind folks who care about your kids. We couldn’t give enough stars here!

Sensei Josh and all the other Sensei/instructors are fantastic with the kids! The amount of patience that I witness each week from them is phenomenal. My son started off not knowing anything but after a couple months you can tell he’s learning and he absolutely loves going. They really care for your child while at the same time provide structure and discipline, which for my son who can’t sit still to save his life, is much needed. I promise you there is nothing bad about this place other than the fact the grinch attacked it not too long ago(if you go there, you know what I mean)

We love it here. True black belt martial arts teacher. Teaches true values, strong character and they start by teaching how to do things safely. They dont just go through the motions but are encouraged to grow and get better and compete if they choose. And the price is good!

Two full-sized competition tatamis; separate men's and women's dressing rooms; large, spacious, and clean; with lots of judokas having a good time learning--Jefferson City Judo Club is one of the finest dojos I've ever had the pleasure in which to train!
