My 11 year old son joined the academy the beginning of this year and we absolutely love it here. In these 4 short months he’s gained many marital arts skills and friendships with his classmates. Sensei Sanders and his family were welcoming from the first day. Definitely recommend Omega Karate!

Omega Karate was a great experience and made a significant impact on the children in our summer program! Nearly 40 students ages 5 thru young adult participated in a workshop and they were captivated! I was particularly impressed with the leadership of the founder, Antoine Sanders and how he included his family and staff! The discipline, interaction, and physical enjoyment provided, connected with many ages.

Enrolled my daughter, little cousins and nephew and it was nothing short of exceptional! The instructor was hands on and ensured that everyone learned each move regardless of how many tries it took to do so. My daughter left classes fueled with excitement and enthusiasm as she showed me the karate moves she learned. As a father, I feel extremely proud that I got my daughter and family involved with Omega Karate Academy!

I love going Omega Karate Academy, I always enjoy learning with Sensei Sanders. He makes it fun but yet challenging. I always get a work out but learn so much at the same time. He takes his time with each one of his students to make sure we are learning at the same pace, he walks through every step with you and leaves no one behind. It's a perfect dojo for a family to come and learn together. I love it..
