This place is absolutely amazing. Eric, Sarah, and Mandi are nothing short of phenomenal. Even in a larger class they still make sure to take their time with each student to help correct mistakes, the music is always great, the people are amazing and welcoming, and the comedy from the instructors always makes my day or night, on top of all that the price is very affordable for everything you get with it and in the trial periods gloves are even provided! Definitely would give SDG a shot if you've been thinking about training.

My son and I both trained here. Great staff, friendly professional and genuinely interested in you being your best on and off the mat. My son in particular loved the personal relationship this training team provides. They helped him with a difficult life season even when it didn't effect his training directly. We only stopped due to health issues and are looking forward to returning when we are able. I would highly recommend to anyone at any level of skill.

Self -Defense Global KC is amazing! We discovered this place after my 6 year old had a spontaneous tonsillar hemorrhage resulting in a blood transfusion and wanted to find a place to get his strength back up. He is now 13 and sill loves every minute of training. This place is unique compared to traditional martial arts facilities. The training and teaching have real world application that can help them in school and the owner stresses the importance of focus, confidence, integrity, grades, leaders are readers, etc. in a very positive manner!

Mr Siley works so good with the kids. He does an amazing job keeping all the kids focused. We have been going there for several years since Premier closed the doors and I’m glad we found our way there.

I've been going here for over a decade and love the teamwork and positive support that we all give us each other. Eric is a fantastic teacher that manages to make the classes feel both welcoming and challenging at the same time. If you are looking to feel more confident in yourself, and meet a good group of people, I can't recommend Self-Defense Global KC enough.
