Been going here for a few years now to learn Martial Arts and Self Defense. It has helped me to be more flexible which is hard for someone who sits behind a desk all day and doesn't do much exercise on his own. If you want to learn to defend yourself and be treated like family while doing so, I really recommend this school.

My daughter has been in Shin Do Ryu Karate for over 4 years. She is 7 now and I firmly believe the gift of defending herself will follow her for the many years she continues to practice and learn. Yuriy is a fantastic instructor that lives his teachings and passion and cares deeply for his students.
