Lisa, the Kickboxing Coach at State Line, went out of her way to help me with slips, rolls, and the spinning back fist after class had ended. That was really kind of her - I appreciate when coaches do that because it helps me improve my form. I love Title Boxing. My dad got me Title boxing shoes for Christmas, and those were my first pair of boxing shoes. I’ve been doing MMA and kickboxing since 2021, and I’m still learning a lot from Title’s coaches. The workouts are very well-structured. I used to buy day passes because I enjoyed coming here, but now I’m a full member!

Can’t leave a review on ClassPass (where I signed up for the 75 minute boxing class) so Google it is: Whew! It was quite a workout! 75 minutes of pretty much nonstop movement. I had such a good time, though. The music was great and the vibes were amazing. The instructor was hilarious and kind, and he was encouraging myself and others throughout the class. I can be pretty uncoordinated so there were quite a few moments where I got lost doing some of the moves but he would come over and slow it down for me, or give me an alternate move set. The ladies at the bags near me were so sweet and they constantly gave me tips and encouraging words throughout. I know I’m going to be sore like no other, but I definitely want to do it again!

I've been coming here regularly for over two years now, and it's one of my favorite spaces in KC. The coaches are all wonderful, and I always leave feeling great. Hell of a workout. Always a good time. If you're considering checking it out, just do it. You won't regret it.

Love the atmosphere, the workout, the music and the trainers. They're all friendly and greet you before and after the workout. At one point they had on reggaeton music; I wanted to dance and box at the same time. Its also a diverse environment; all ages and levels are welcome and fit in.
