I started my warrior journey on June 2021. I joined TFW because I wanted to build up a solid workout foundation while being held accountable by the trainers and fellow warriors. I wanted to conquer personal challenges, learn from failures, and celebrate successes. I couldn't get the family atmosphere of TFW anywhere else. Glad to be a part of my warrior family💪🏽

Luther has really helped change my health. I wasn’t working out, but a few years ago I got introduced to him and his gym. Not only is it a great gym, but he makes it fun to work out. I’m laughing throughout my workouts and love the environment. The group of us that works out together has become a new set of friends. I can’t recommend Luther enough. Come be part of a great community and see real health benefits.

My husband and I have been a member of TFW for 4 years now, and we love it. Neither of us had ever been "active gym members" prior to going here. We immediately found ourselves enjoying the classes, and laidback nature of the gym, in general. We adore owners Mollie and Luther, they make you want to do better, be better. Not just in the gym setting but in life, as humans. I recommend this gym to people who are just starting out their fitness journey and for those who have been doing it a long time already!

Great support, great trainers. Every session is started with a great motivational talk. I’ve been coming to gym for last few months and I love it. The classes are small but everyone is on a different level in their fitness goals but we all work together to finish every workout independently. No matter if your starting out or just wanting to have structure in your workouts, great place to be!
