Had a blast and used their extensive rental options to narrow down what handgun would work best for us! Awesome staff that are so fun to work with and talk to. They are professional in safety without being pushy or rude. Very excited about showing off the new tech and features that are coming out as well. Best gun store, for what i am looking for, that i have ever been in (it reminds me of a John Wick movie level armory)! Very laid back and non-threatening experience (i was gun shy about heavy handed range officers or ones that were too laid back as well). So happy we have this in Billings now. Never thought i would want to go to an indoor range, verses outdoors, but am sure glad we did! Like most of us lately, i'm dirt-poor, and yet this got me back on target and excited about personal and bear defense that my family needs. They are full spectrum ready to help both newbies and even pros. Even if you don't shoot there, be sure to check out their fantastic store and non-pushy sales people. So fun to talk about guns with pros like this. Truly a gem of a hangout here in the magic city.

I am a regular customer at Midwest. They have a really great team there, everyone is always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The indoor range facility is very modern, safe, and clean. I would recommend that anyone who has not been to Midwest yet, go and check it out. They have a nice selection of firearms and various accessories at decent price points.

Im very impressed with how friendly they are. I like there service so much i bought guns. Joined there 2 year membership and got set up with personal traning with Buck! Just so you know if you want the personal training Buck is the Best!

These guys and gals are top notch. 1000% better than the crew that came before. You all treat everyone equal, that’s the best compliment an owner can have. They aren’t pushy sales associates, they want to help and educate. I’ve asked some very dumb questions, you don’t get raised eyebrows, you get treated like a brother and properly educated on all topics related to range safety and weapon safety. Whoever hired and trained the staff I’ll take my hat off, I think that most of the staff were probably already awesome people. As a business owner I’d be excited to show these people to my customers. Mid west has outdone themselves with this staff. The lanes are clean, the range options are endless and for frek sake the associates are phenomenal. Come here for all your indoor needs and potentially come in to have something for outdoor use in real life if ever needed. FABULOUS. Darn you guys are AWESOME.

I highly recommend this place. For me the best spend is the training. Buck is a great, really experienced teacher, and the training package means I can train consistently to build real skills. The range is also well worth the membership for anyone who wishes to shoot very regularly, and as a very nervous newbie, I really appreciate that there is a staff member on the range at all times in case anyone gets into trouble, including me. As they get busier, I also really like that I can reserve a lane so I'm guaranteed to fit range time into my schedule without having to wait or come back. 5 stars.
