SBG is an incredible gym. The coaching is excellent, techniques are taught clearly and with real attention to detail. The team culture is what makes it special: supportive, welcoming, and strong. It’s the perfect mix of hard training, fun, and family. Grateful to be part of this tribe.

SBG is an exceptional gym. The community is tight, the instruction is engaging, the mats are clean, and I always have a good time at class. I'm proud that we have such a great gym in Kalispell.

I love this place. Been training here for 3 or 4 years now and can say they honestly embody the “one tribe, one vibe” mindset of SBG International. I thought that might just be a catchy phrase when I started, but it truly is what you feel here. Excellent coaches, great facility, good people. This place has become more family than family. Not the cheapest, but who wants cheap? You get what you pay for, and you can train other disciplines as well for the price. Plus a full weight room. Five stars.

As a martial arts student for fifty years and a martial arts instructor for 25 years, I sought a place where I could develop new skills and new relationships. In 2022, I explored SBG Kalispell and was inspired by my very first class. Coach Stella offered insightful and elegant instruction in the Foundations class, and my first training partner was smooth and helpful in all of our roles. Within two months I was invited to the Combat Athlete Program (CAP) where I had the privilege of learning from coach Travis. His instruction was and is systematic, simple and thorough. Consequently, I became to make deep connections between what I had previously learned and the material that Travis and SBG International have developed. Rolling with humans on the mat did facilitate opportunities to develop new interpersonal relationships, and these relationships have evolved into friendships. Now my wife and youngest daughter are training at SBG Kalispell, and witnessing their personal growth has been an unforeseen blessing. I’m happy to recommend SBG Kalispell to everyone that is interested in personal cultivation and skill development.

I’ve moved around quite a bit over the last several years and have trained at several different gyms. This is hands-down the best gym I’ve been a part of. Great people, great instruction, great culture. The kids program is excellent and I have both my little girls in there. My wife even took the plunge despite a lot of hesitancy at first. I would’ve been happy for her to just get some foundations for a month or so, but she has not stopped and is absolutely loving it. We are happy to be a part of the SBG tribe and being new in town, this has been a great way for us to make friends and build community.
