If you are looking to get fit, learn a skill, be apart of a great community, and relieve stress-CKO Kickboxing is for you. The workouts are created for you to go at your own pace. Each trainer can easily work with any skill level. As you progress, you can up the intensity! 8 week challenges, monthly challenges, and more to keep you challenged. Thank you Natalia, Lo, Chris, Matt and everyone else for making me feel welcome and becoming family.

I’ve been going to CKO for a few years now and it’s amazing! The gym community is very supportive and friendly. Workouts are intense and always different, I’ve had great success here. The trainers are all amazing and get to know you and your strengths and weaknesses to help you improve on your fitness journey!

I signed up for the 3 class trial a couple years ago and instantly fell in love with the gym (nearing 300 classes now!) The trainers truly care about your progress and are always willing to share their knowledge about fitness/nutrition to help you reach your goals. Each trainer has their own style of teaching and every class is different, so you never get bored. The members are also friendly and positive. It's truly a no-judgement gym. Everyone is there to help! I worked out on my own before joining the gym and felt like I had plateaued, but I have seen SO much progress since joining CKO. Can't recommend it enough!!

I can’t believe how fast 3 months goes by! They had a 3 months package for me which is perfect as I’m traveling. I felt excited, energized, and motivated to keep showing up. Each instructor is knowledgeable and they really love what they do! I am a 30-min workout person, so I take more rest breaks for the hour class. I never felt singled-out or pushed to do more, but encouraged to reach my limit. Other classmates were nice and encouraging also, they helped me fix my form or showed me what to do when combinations were too hard for me. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely love this gym! I have belonged to a couple other gyms in my past but this is hands down the best gym I have ever joined. Whether you are a beginner or a veteran, you always feel welcome. The trainers work with you in learning technique and helping you be the best version of yourself. Their knowledge about the sport is very impressive. I also utilize their personal training1:1 sessions. I have had reconstructive knee surgery a couple of times on my left knee. My left leg was so much weaker than the right. Last Sunday I was able to complete high single leg step ups with my left leg. Something I could not do a month ago. They always greet you when you walk in and say good bye when you leave. They reach out if you miss a few classes to make sure you are ok and see when you are coming back. This gym has made me stronger both mentally and physically! I absolutely love this gym!
