I have been going to Renegade for almost 2 years now and I can honestly say I LOVE IT!! The workouts are amazing (and terrible at the same time lol) I will tell you- the people is what sets Renegade apart from any other gym, class, bootcamp period. There is no judging and you can be at any athletic level and they will meet you where you are and make it work for you. If you haven't tried a class yet you should!

Love the works outs- constantly changing so you never get bored! I also love that Johns holds you accountable as well! Highly recommended Renegade to anyone at any level!

So I was in Council Bluffs on a work trip and wanted to get a workout in. Options in the area are sparse, but I found Renegade on the map and decided to go check it out for an afternoon class. Even though the last review was 5 years old, they are still there and putting in work! Josh, the lead trainer, saw me and introduced himself. He showed me around the facility and prepared me for what was about to happen. I will say that I consider myself fit, but boy was this class challenging and fun. It should be said that this is a 'bootcamp' style workout where you run through HIT circuits and not a 'gym' to lift or box in. The workout was a mix of calisthenics, box jumps, kettlebell work, ropes, sprints, some timed boxing bag exercises, and many other timed "EMOM" workouts. Josh was motivating, enthusiastic, and ensured that I was pushing myself. It was clear that all of the 'regulars' loved it too and were consistent attendees of this bootcamp. Everyone wanted to know when I was coming back! I will be going back on future trips to town, I had a ton of fun and got a great workout too. Highly recommend!

Incredible workouts! Ive been going since they opened 3 years ago and have yet to repeat the same workout. John is awesome at what he does..always keeping you on your toes!

This gym has helped me so much after having kids! The workouts are always changing. I started out not confident and not too athletic and now enjoy going so much!
