Training with Mike was such an amazing experience!! I thoroughly enjoyed his strength training program and he made it easy to want to show up everyday. The best part was that his training was specific to my sport and I definitely saw the results pay off. Mike is super knowledgeable when it comes to strength training, and he only wants the best for his athletes!!

Mike does exceptional work with athletes, preparing them for the skills relevant to their sport and motivating them to become faster and stronger! After lifting with Mike for years while playing club volleyball in high school, I felt prepared for lifting while continuing to play in college. He finds a way to connect with athletes during training sessions and is a great resource!

I highly recommend Titan Performance and Mike, the trainer, for anyone looking to help their athlete reach their full potential. Mike truly cares about each individual and their success. He focuses on teaching proper form to prevent injury while pushing athletes to be their best. My daughter has become stronger and feels a sense of accomplishment here, unlike other gyms that focus solely on maxing out or don’t provide the same level of support. I am a former athlete that got the pleasure to work with Mike. I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am for the athletic foundation he helped me build. The foundation that helped me in my collegiate volleyball career, dabbling in olympic lifting, and now weight lifting. His knowledge goes way beyond just building muscle, it’s individualized to each of his athletes goals to get the best results. He focuses on STABILITY and strength to keep his athletes safe.
