Frank is an excellent Mindset coach! I went further with my healing journey with his guidance than I did after years of therapy. I would highly recommend Frank to anyone looking to move from a space of being stuck and broken to a place of healing and thriving.

I have been working out at TKO for about a year and a half now. I find the community at TKO to be so supportive and encouraging. It’s intimidating to start a new gym, but at TKO everyone is so kind. The coaches are great and really get to know you and your personal goals. With this they push you to get you to where you want to be. Outside of the kickboxing or weightlifting classes, I have been taking semi-private 1:1’s with Ethan. Ethan has done a great job at pushing me in my workouts to see how strong and capable I really am. I love this gym & its community. I would recommend TKO to anyone who’s looking to join a new gym or wants to try something different!

Whether you are wanting to focus on building muscle, losing weight, learning new workouts, building your mental toughness, or just maintaining your figure, TKO is for you. Unlike big gyms who couldn’t care less if you show up to workout or not, TKO holds you accountable through their unique structure/system and also because their trainers actually genuinely care about your progress and well-being. Whether you are experienced in the gym or just starting out in exercise, they’ll help you and meet you where you’re at. Definitely recommend coming in for a workout if you are trying to find somewhere to workout and call home!

I recently joined this gym after being at another gym that I loved for 4.5 years. I love it here! They offer strength & cardio-based small group classes, including kickboxing. You can be challenged as much as you want & can always modify if needed whether you are a beginner or have an injury. They also offer morning, lunch hour & evening class times.

If you love a good workout, sweat a bit, and work out some stress, this is the place! I’ve been coming to TKO for over 5 years and it’s the best place to come to, you have a great time and feel a part of a family too. Come check us out!
