Good atmosphere, Great people both students and instructors. Smaller sized classes allows more of a personized expierence. Highly recommend for anyone from just starting to the most expierenced athlete. 5 stars

All the classes I’ve been to here were structured very well. all of the instructors seem professional and knowledgeable in their respective combat sports. Seems like a good, smaller gym for everyone from beginners to professional mma fighters. I’ve been to small and large mma gyms across the United States and west O dojo is legitimate, not to mention low prices compared to others in the area.

Great place, very welcoming. I travel to Lincoln for work and go to West O Dojo while in town for Muay Thai. The owner is great as are the instructors and other students. Highly recommend West O Dojo.

The Jiu jitsu classes are great. I felt the amount of time warming up or doing exercises vs learning technique or sparring was a bit excessive at times, but the coach is very knowledgeable and helpful. Dylan Henry is also a great boxing coach, he is a veteran in the game. If boxing is your sport, he is the coach for you. Definitely give this Dojo a try and see if it's for you.
