Amazing MMA Gym! This gym has been absolutely incredible for my son for the past 2 years. Not only is he learning valuable self-defense skills, but he’s also gaining discipline, confidence, and life lessons that will stick with him forever. The coaches truly care about every student and make the entire gym feel like family. It’s a positive, supportive environment where kids (and adults) are encouraged to grow both on and off the mats. If you’re looking for a place that goes beyond just training and really invests in your child’s future, this is it! Thanks to ALL the coaches for making a difference in my son’s life. We love this gym!!!!! Every single coach is utterly amazing!!! They are so great with all age groups and they work with parents regarding a child’s behavioral issues. I recommend this gym to literally everyone!!!! I have 7 kids currently in their program and have two more to add! I cannot say enough good things about this gym and the programs they offer and the core values they teach!

We love Adrenaline! Our three kids have attended their MMA and BJJ classes for years. Very family oriented, friendly, caring, professional, works above and beyond for all children/adults, especially ones that have learning disabilities. Can’t recommend enough.

I can’t say enough good things about this martial arts gym! The owners are truly awesome—they genuinely care about their students and the community. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the group of training partners is fantastic. My daughter trains here as well, and it’s been amazing to see her confidence and skills grow. The coaching is top-notch—effective, detailed, and supportive. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this gym has something for everyone. Highly recommend!
