Coach Tony is incredibly knowledgeable and is great at conveying that knowledge. The gym has a great atmosphere, everyone is excited to learn and friendly to beginners. I've been going for two weeks and it has been a great experience. I highly recommend checking it out.

Went here trying to learn MMA, coach Tony was very disrespectful only helping people that he liked and the pretty girls. He always attacked me emotionally and would get mad at me easier than others. If you want to learn MMA or anything don’t go here, there are lots of better places.
