The instructors at this facility are truly exceptional. I have been undergoing training for approximately a year, and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of instruction. In fact, I was so impressed that I enrolled my daughter when she reached the age of 6, and I have plans to enroll my son here as well when he turns 3. A helpful tip: The 6am classes provide an experience akin to private lessons, offering focused attention and personalized guidance.

I have belonged to this gym for a year and a half. Family owned and operated, this is a safe space for families with children. They have classes for all, ages 4+, and they are so welcoming to beginners! My favorite thing about this gym is that they are a safe space for women! They offer weekly women's self defense classes. They encourage and empower women of all ages to become more confident in their strength and abilities, as well as teach techniques that can be helpful to protect yourself from danger.
