Our family is so great full to have found this phenomenal studio. Our daughter Lumen has been a member of Champion Martial Arts for about 6 months, and although her journey has just began the amount of confidence, perseverance and self-esteem she has developed in this short time is incredible! We are so grateful to have found Champions ATA! Under the influential guidance of Master Martin, Master Derrick, Mr. Kadel and all the Black Belt Coaches our girls are learning about self-control, respect, perseverance, gratitude and self-defense. They have a unique way of teaching that makes coming to class enjoyable not only for the kids but the parents as well. We have always felt a strong sense of family spirit that welcomes you into the studio. Thank you to Master Martin and Master Derrick for providing this wonderful experience! My 6 year old daughter Gracie has been in Martins ATA Leadership Academy for 2 months now and she absolutely loves it! The instructors are incredible with all the kids and they make sure it’s a lot of fun while teaching the kids great lessons they can use in everyday life!

I was referred by my dear friend Linda about this establishment. My 10 year old son is Autistic and I wanted him to join taekwondo to build his core, self defence and everything else that is needed. I would like to personally mention Christopher for being amazing with information and everything that I inquired about the school. My son had his first and second lesson already. He was able to listen to his instructor diligently and enjoyed his taekwondo lessons. Updates: Fast forward a few months later, Arjuna is awarded with his yellow belt and socializing with his peers. Our 14 year-old son had his introductory lesson at the Martin’s ATA Leadership Academy 5 years ago, and from that first lesson to the present, Jason has loved every minute of his Taekwondo education. School owners and chief instructors, Christopher Martin and April Martin-Derrick, are both 6th Degree Black Belt Masters of Songahm Taekwondo, and in addition to being World Champions in tournament competition, they are both outstanding instructors, demonstrating a unique style of teaching that ensures the students are having fun while learning to become the best athletes/competitors that they can be. We feel so fortunate to be a part of the Martin’s ATA Leadership Academy family, and we would absolutely recommend this school to anyone interested in learning and practicing Songahm Taekwondo.
