CKO Kickboxing Las Vegas

I have been attending classes at CKO Las Vegas for years and just finished my 663rd class. CKO is the best! The owners are fantastic people and everyone is very friendly. The instructors all have different styles and they all are really good! It is an amazing workout, you will see results and your reflexes and balance will become very sharp. Try a few classes and you will be hooked.

Amazing gym! I absolutely love coming to this gym it is more like a family than anything! We have a gym dog also for all your comfort needs after class kicking your butt!

Highly recommend CKO! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Every class is a challenging but fun experience. 11 out of 10!

As a member at their former location, I was quite happy to see CKO Kick boxing reopening in the Southwest. Classes are offered in the morning and evening with a variety of instructors with different styles, so you are likely to find at least a couple that suit you. Staff and members are friendly and there's a great sense of community in the gym. Most classes will incorporate some form of cross training, and are often small enough that you don't feel like you are just going through the motions. I'm down 10 lbs and 6" of waist size in two months since starting up again. The rates are reasonable as well. Having tried the other options in Vegas, I think it's the best cardio kickboxing in town.
