Shortly after moving to Vegas, we originally stumbled into Hiro Karate because we wanted our son to learn karate, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made. My husband grew up training karate in Okinawa, so finding a dojo with authentic technique, strong values, and a passionate instructor was incredibly important to us. From the very first class, we knew we had found the right place. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have years of experience in martial arts, they make you feel welcome and supported. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in each student’s progress. Sensei Hiro’s passion for karate is unmistakable. He brings enthusiasm, discipline, and genuine care to every class. He doesn’t simply teach moves—he teaches mindset, respect, and confidence. He is truly a remarkable role model for his students, leading with humility, dedication, and a deep love for the art. Our son looks up to him, and we can see how much he’s growing both in skill and confidence. After seeing how much our son loved it and how impressed we were with the instructors, I decided to join and learn karate as well. I’ve felt incredibly supported and encouraged on my own journey as an adult beginner. The classes strike a great balance between discipline and encouragement, and the focus on proper technique and personal growth is evident in every lesson. The atmosphere is positive and motivating— students push themselves, but always in a safe and structured environment. The dojo is clean, well-organized, and run with a high level of professionalism. I’ve noticed significant improvements in my strength, confidence, and overall mindset since joining almost a year ago. We are truly grateful for Hiro Karate. Hiro Karate is truly exceptional. The instructors are world-class, and you can feel their passion and expertise from the moment you walk in. Sensei Hiro is the real deal. If you want serious training and you’re looking to compete, he will shape you into a focused, disciplined competitor. The kids class is also great, my 6 yo son learns self-control, discipline, and respect in a structured , positive environment. Highly recommend.
