Just joined last Sunday 10/19 I felt so welcomed by everyone and omg it kicked my butt, but I am already hooked and in love with this place the staff, workout’s , environment, and members. A must come and see for yourself I guarantee you will want to sign up!

Honestly I am very disappointed with this company. I had to cancel my membership due to work schedule changes and planned to rejoin once my schedule was fixed but due to this incident I am advising everyone to NOT join due to the lack of professionalism and communication. I reached out about canceling my membership, they said I had to give a 30 day notice which meant I had to pay for the membership of $147 that month and the following month it would be cancelled. Well I did that and paid the $147 for that month and to my surprise I was charged AGAIN the following month when I shouldn’t have been. I contacted them informing them I was charged and was told I’d receive a refund. It’s been almost a month now and have not received my refund and they have not responded to my emails. This is extremely upsetting given the fact that they seemed nice and welcoming but this is extremely unprofessional and now I am being ignored.

RUN FAR AWAY. I was a charter member where I had paid thousands of dollars to be a life long member. I reached out multiple times to the owner when paying my annual that her times were not good times to take my payment and requested an invoice. I even showed up when the posted days I was given to come pay my annual. I was then told I was late and it was a courtesy they were even doing my charter membership because of new ownership and stated 500 dollars for a reinstatement and then 200 for my annual. I expressed how this was not okay and I had asked many times for an invoice to just pay as I was a busy person. I then was hit with this message. So much for thousands of dollars spent on this company. RUN RUN RUN AWAY. They only care about money, not improving or helping others. I am so disappointed in this company.
