I was at this gym when it was 24. After bouncing around to different gyms I decided to try it and I really like it. It’s never horribly crowded, the staff is friendly but mostly I find that it has a great gym culture. People put up their weights, don’t stand in front of the racks, don’t sit on the machine texting or hold three machines to get one workout. I love that if there is a ufc event on people have brought their chairs to make a small watch party as they stream the fights live…. I don’t like that they don’t have a drinking fountain for those of us that don’t tote bottles around…. I dislike that you can’t get paper towels in the men’s room rather only air hand dryers. The locker rooms are kind of gross and I’m not entertaining going into the steam room or sauna based on that. All in all, this is a great gym where you can get a great workout

UFC FIT on Centennial — I strongly encourage others to read reviews carefully before joining. I cancelled my membership in March 2025 and received confirmation of cancellation. Despite this, I was charged for an additional 9 months before I noticed the continued withdrawals. On January 5th of this year, I contacted Nharee Cook regarding the issue. She acknowledged the error and confirmed that I would receive a refund of $216. As of today, I have not received the refund. My follow-up calls and emails have gone unanswered. I have also reached out to corporate and have not received a response. When I asked to speak with the manager, Christopher Ortega, I was told that he resigned and that the location currently has no manager. However, he remains active on the gym’s social media accounts. Based on my experience and the number of similar complaints from other members, this appears to be an ongoing issue. I am still attempting to resolve this matter and obtain the refund that was promised.

I’ve been going to gyms for over 30 years. This gym was great when it was a 24-hour fitness. I’m a UFC fan, so this is not in angst. Since changing to UFC Fit, this place seems like it’s managed by… nobody. - TVs are always broken, not working. -Bathrooms are so disgusting that I make it a point to pee before I go there, as they just smell of urine and there’s layers of dirt everywhere and the floor is so sticky. You’ll also see people walking around barefoot here, and throughout the gym. Even the trainers. -Wanna see dudes walking around with their shirt off, flexing in the mirror, and shadow boxing? This is your spot. 😐 I’ve never in my life been to a gym where they don’t have signs up against this. - they don’t have enough weightlifting machines as it is, but not they crammed a massive octagon in the middle of the gym, and now you it’s so tight you can’t even walk between the machines. Fire marshal would shut this down in a second. -they constantly block emergency exits, again, would be shut down in a second for this. - they play the house music SO LOUD, you can’t even hear your own music with headphones on. 90% of people at gyms like to listen to their own music. -check in staff, you might get one person to say hello to you, unless they are trying to sell you something, while blocking the exits… - in the summertime they keep it around 85 degrees inside. Which is insane for a gym and to try to work out. Unfortunately this gym is close to my house, but it’s getting to the point where the 15 min drive to LVAC is the better option, and it’s almost half the price.

Don't give them your credit card, they'll charge it even if you only wanted to pay for a one-time workout! The managers say one thing verbally, but then give you a membership to sign when you only asked for one workout because you're a tourist and don't live in that city! But now they can't cancel your membership over the phone! This is the first time I've experienced this in the US! I liked the gym and my workout, but the managers and the system are scammers!!! I've repeated and asked multiple times that they won't charge me anymore. It's not about the $60, it's about the fact that I used the service and was deceived!!

Late fees are $25. You will not receive a courtesy letter, email or text advising the billing was defaulted. Instead you will be billed with a late charge fee that managers are not able to waive or remove. I spoke with "member specialist" Jack who came off nonchalant, not caring about the situation I was put in. Due to the inconvenience I requested to cancel the membership. Jack stated only a manager can do that. I kept calling and Jack kept stating the manager was in a meeting and did not what time he will be available. Lots of run arounds making it nearly impossible to cancel the membership! When I finally got a hold of the manager, he was understanding and compassionate unlike the the front staff. Regardless, I do not recommend anyone to start a membership here. Lack of transparency, communication, and such a hassle to cancel.
