I cannot say enough great things about Apex Training and Jeff. I have never been a workout person—ever—and honestly never thought I’d find something I actually looked forward to. Jeff has completely changed that for me. From day one, Jeff has been encouraging, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed at my pace. Every workout is challenging but approachable, and I always leave feeling stronger, more confident, and better about myself than when I walked in. That feeling alone is priceless. The gym itself is open, welcoming, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It never feels intimidating—just motivating. The atmosphere is incredible, with great energy and morale from everyone there, which makes a huge difference when you’re someone who didn’t grow up in a gym environment. Jeff creates an environment where you feel supported, capable, and proud of what you’re accomplishing—no matter your starting point. If you’re someone who’s ever said, “I’m not a gym person,” this is the place that will change your mind. Apex Training has truly been one of the best experiences I’ve done for myself, and I’m so grateful I found it. Highly, highly recommend. 💪✨

The facility is great with plenty of equipment for any crossfit requests. Jeff is an awesome coach. This is my first crossfit experience and as a newbie but long time athlete, Jeff is welcoming and diligent on pushing you safely to achieve the results you want. It's easy to tell that he has a ton of experience and is creating a wonderful community to join. Get after it!

Love the gym itself and the vibe is great. Jeff is a fantastic trainer. He’s got a great personality, and also holds you accountable. The exercises are difficult for a newby to CrossFit, but he is very patient, and makes sure you are exercising safely. And I feel muscles I never knew I had 😂 This is def my new home for getting (and staying) fit.

The place is clean and cozy to work out in. Jeff as a trainer is literally awesome. He holds you accountable, understands when and where to push you harder, but makes it feel like a real "funishment." THe community he is building is so safe! Love this place and so fair love my journey.

Fantastic CF gym that has been supporting the UNR Womens rugby team. As a coach it’s so great to find a space that team can do team workouts that build rugby specific fitness. The owner Jeff is an expert at programming for strength, power and endurance. I highly recommend bringing your team to Apex to benefit from Jeff’s expertise. Also from an individual standpoint there are Super flexible membership options and Jeff works with you to figure out best option. I love that there is an option for open gym and that it’s open 24 hours. Great facilities
