My daughter is 10 years old and we decided to sign her up for self defense at Cornerstone Martial Arts. David Giomi is amazing and his knowledge of different forms of martial arts is incredible. It’s amazing to see how my daughter has gained confidence, strength, and agility. He’s very good with her as well as the other adult women in the class. I love watching her learn and spar with other students. I highly recommend Cornerstone Martial Arts to anyone looking to gain confidence and the necessary skills for protection.
