Crunch Fitness - Reno

I’ve been a member at Crunch Fitness for a few years now, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve checked out other gyms in town to compare, and the value, vibe, and quality here just can’t be beat. The staff is super friendly and welcoming; Chris at the front desk even went out of his way to find me and wish me a happy birthday last year. The team makes sure every visit kicks off on a positive note. The gym is always clean too, which is a big plus. The equipment’s reliable and functional; it’s rarely out of order, but when it is or a machine’s busy, my trainer- Tristan Spencer has trained me to know alternatives. Speaking of Tristan, he’s awesome! He pushes me to get results I wouldn’t hit on my own, and he mixes up the routines to keep things fresh and challenging. He’s easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, always eager to share tips on form to avoid injuries, and he’s super flexible with scheduling. Thanks to Tristan, I’ve seen some solid improvements in my strength and endurance. Overall, Crunch Fitness Reno is a fantastic gym with everything you need for a great workout.

Crunch Fitness at Meadowood Mall has absolutely earned a spot in my daily routine. The facility is spotless, the layout makes every workout feel smooth and efficient, and the range of equipment is unreal. Everything is updated, well-maintained, and clearly chosen with serious fitness in mind. I want to give a special shout-out to Ty. His knowledge, guidance, and genuine care for helping people build healthier lifestyles is on a different level. He walked me through the newest equipment, answered every question like a true pro, and made getting started easier than I expected. Thanks to him, I walked out with a membership for just 11 cents and a place I can officially call my fitness home. The 24/7 access is the icing on the cake. Whether it’s early mornings or late nights, this gym has everything I need. Highly recommended for anyone who wants quality equipment, a positive environment, and staff who actually know what they’re doing.

This gym is great, it is 24 hours it fits with my rolling schedule. When ever i walk in or leave the staff is very friendly and helpful. I started taking the boxing class with the Trainer Chris, he is very knowledgeable and you can see the excitement and enthusiasm behind every lesson. I would recommend anyone who is interested in learning the basics of boxing conditioning or just wants to learn how to throw hands to take a few lessons.

This gym changed my life when I moved to Reno two years ago. I got nothing but good things to say about this. The Gym the staff, the members, and the atmosphere at this gym is like no other. I would highly recommend anybody in town to sign up. There’s always promotions going on. The cleaning staff is always on top of their stuff. There’s not an hour that goes by where someone’s not cleaning Or sanitizing the equipment. And it’s 24 hours so that just makes it even better

I was at the gym as a guest where I heard what I believe is a trainer gossiping about the girls up front. This doesn’t exactly seem like a “no judgement zone” especially with employees like her. The girls were extremely nice and attentive to everyone who entered and left whereas she just stood there with an energy drink judging. Would not recommend. Diamond specifically, I had an amazing experience with. Otherwise, the blonde girl with a cream hoodie on, made me feel really uncomfortable.
