It can be intimidating to start something new, but what the instructors and owners have built here makes you feel like family when you walk in. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve walked into class on a bad mood, and left smiling and happy ready to tackle the rest of the week. Looking for self defense, they got it, looking for an activity to pick up, the got it, looking for something to put your kids into that will help them develop and grow, they got it. You will not go wrong coming in for that intro lesson, discover the beauty of jiu jitsu, and you are gonna get a work out in that is second to none. Come roll you won’t be disappointed.

Atos kids program has been amazing for my two boys! I’ve seen so much growth in my boys, both academically and mentally! The staff is amazing!! So thankful for Atos Reno!

We love Atos! They’re so great with kids. My little has been going for 3 years and has grown to love each and every one of the instructors. The schedule is also super convenient and makes it easy to add in other sports and activities into our schedule.

If I could give a million stars! My daughter goes to Atos BJJ and I cannot say enough about the sport, her coaches, and this gym.
