I can confidently say that Stimulus is hands down the best gym in the area. From the moment I walked in, it wasn’t just a place to work out but like a second home. The atmosphere here is unmatched, and that’s largely due to the incredible owner, who is one of the kindest and most positive people you’ll ever meet. His passion for fitness and genuine care for every member truly sets this gym apart. The equipment is always top-notch and constantly updated, ensuring that members have access to the best tools to reach their fitness goals. The layout and flow of the gym are perfect, making every workout efficient and enjoyable without feeling overcrowded. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, Stimulus is the place to be. It’s more than a gym—it’s a community that supports and motivates you every step of the way!

This is easily the best gym in Reno! Has literally every machine I’ve ever needed and some. They have good space to get anything done and a phenomenal free weights area. I was having a hard time getting back into the gym, but this place, the staff, and the atmosphere get me excited to work out. Thank you guys!!

Best gym to grind recovering from an ACL surgery if I didn’t have this place, I would be a very bad spot love stimulus highly recommend

Stimulus Health + Fitness is where people that take their training SERIOUSLY!! I trained here from 2021 to 2024 and I HAVE say I miss it. The owner Jason loves and takes care of every single athlete that commits to a membership here. It’s a great mix of hardcore bodybuilding with a posing room to a multi functional athlete with boxing bags and powerlifting area in the small room. Highly recommend getting a 24/hr membership for those two a day gym goers. Highly recommend if your like me wanting someone to push you check out my training partner/coach before I left Jake Guyer. Just look at the photos that’s I all have to say…dope trainers/coaches, dope owner and dope gym.
