8 Venoms Muay Thai

I’ve been coming to 8 Venoms for a little over a year, and I’m so grateful that I found this gym. This was my first experience with martial arts and I came in as complete beginner feeling pretty intimidated — but that feeling disappeared almost immediately because of the welcoming and supportive environment. The coaches here are amazing!! They’re incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely care about every student’s progress. They push you to be better while still keeping training safe, fun and structured. They’re committed to help you grow, no matter your experience level. The community here is super friendly — everyone is respectful and encouraging. Training here has helped me build confidence, strength, and discipline and it has become something I truly look forward to every week. If you’re thinking of trying Muay Thai, I highly recommend 8 Venoms — do yourself a favor and come check this gym out! 🥊😁

I’ve been a member at 8 venoms for a little less than 2 months now. It’s my first time learning a martial art and also the first time being exposed to Muay Thai. If you’re a beginner or new to Muay Thai, 8 venoms is a perfect place to start. Classes are about practice, technique, and fitness; you won’t get beat up. Sparring is reserved for advanced members and on specific days. The coaching team are all great and look out for members. I haven’t had a session yet where a coach hasn’t stopped by multiple times to provide feedback and correct faults. Could go on and on but this is all to say 8 venoms is a solid gym that everyone should at least try out. Also, the owner offered me a free trial class so definitely visit and try 8 venoms if you’re on the fence.

If I can give this Google review 100/100, I would. Absolutely love this gym. I’m not sure if it’s because the coaches—all of them—are willing to work with you, or if it’s the amazing students who go there. One thing I can confidently say is that I’ve never felt so driven by a group of people like I do in this gym. So if you’re looking for a gym, no need to look further. You found it.

I joined 8 venoms about a month and a half ago. I really appreciate the respect and patience from all the coaches, teaching someone with no previous background in any form of fighting style. Very humble and friendly school that also cares about cleanliness. I look forward to developing my technique and knowledge about Muay Thai here.

Best MT gym I’ve found in the NNJ area. I’ve found that multi discipline gyms just don’t cut it when you want to focus on one discipline and finding a purely focused MT gym was amazing. Great coaches and great non aggro vibe amongst the students. Can’t recommend it enough!
