Great school and environment!! I’ve been coming here since July. I really enjoy the instruction by the instructors. I can’t think of a better place to be.

This place was good to train at BUT when I got injured and tried to pause (not cancel) my membership, they left a horrific taste in my mouth. I’ll continue to send people I dislike there, but no one I care about.

I called to inquire about classes for toddlers and spoke with a woman who identified herself as an instructor. She was shockingly rude. She asked if I could teach my child do a cartwheel. I hesitated because developing balance/coordination is one of the reasons I want him to do this type of class, and I was reassessing in the moment if he’s too young/not coordinated enough at 2 for this type of class. Before I could even say a word, she immediately cut me off and she didn’t like my hesitation and “wouldn’t take him in her class”. It is alarming to think a person who would speak to anyone like that spends time instructing children. As a parent, I expect instructors of a martial arts class or any physical sport/activity/art to want/need to fully understand where a child is physically, mentally, and developmentally for their own safety and success. I would hope my interaction with the instructor is not a reflection of how students and parents are treated normally. However that was enough for me to decide I will never send my child into this environment where instruction and leadership is coming from someone who has so little regard for how they treat other people.
