Morales Sensei is one of the most knowledgeable masters of Karate in New Jersey, if not all of the United States. He is kind, considerate, and serious about the training, research, and application of traditional Go-ju Ryu Karate. The classes are organized and detailed, with a focus on body conditioning and real-world application. I am very happy to have found this dojo!

I have been a student of Grand Master Luis Morales for over 33 years. Having studied martial arts my entire life, I can confidently say that he is one of the finest and most knowledgeable teachers I have met. From beginner to very advanced levels, he is a patient and generous teacher. If you’re interested in learning karate, you couldn’t ask for a better teacher.

My kids have been attending Budo Quest for almost 4 years. They have learned respect, confidence and excel in sports thanks to Luis Morales and his school. This Sensei is a master and top notch teacher who cares about his students and takes the time to pay attention and listen to each child, and also encourages them to do their best academically. As for the business relationship, could not ask for a better experience. I recommend this school to anyone looking for a martial arts program.
