The energy is incredible, the trainers truly care, and every class challenges you in the best way. It’s a great environment whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. I always feel stronger and more empowered after each class. There are so many different class options, and everyone makes you feel so welcome.

We have had the pleasure of working with CKO Harrison from the very beginning of their new build. We witnessed the remarkable transformation of an empty space into a vibrant, clean, energy-filled, and enthusiastic gym. The amazing staff and trainers at CKO Harrison have been instrumental in bringing this vision to life, demonstrating professionalism, dedication, and a true passion for creating an exceptional fitness environment.

I am very happy with the new management. The care and the general organization have greatly improved. I feel more motivated and welcomed and love that you added new classes. It is a gym for everyone, and that makes a difference!

Update: The response they commented under my review is a LIE! NO ONE EVER asked me to warm up and if they did I would gladly accepted as any normal person would. Instead they publicly singled me out and did not allow me to participate despite having the equipment and ready to follow along with the class. Why would I continue to go to a gym that provides this level of terrible customer service and disrespectful trainers. I'd prefer to just not attend anymore. All I wanted was the refund I was promised. --------- IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had!!! I’ve attended other CKO locations in the past and had positive experiences. After moving, I tried this location. HUGE mistake. The trainers will publicly shame you. I arrived just a few mins late (well within the 15 min grace period) from work, dropping my kids off, and traffic. The trainer called me out in front of the class and made sarcastic comments about my time management. I felt unsafe and embarrassed in a space I was paying over $100/month to attend. The staff pushes memberships and rushes the sign-up process but does not clearly explain policies or support afterwards. After I reported what happened and requested to cancel my trial, I was told I would receive a refund. They lied and the next day refused to process the refund. I’ve never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. I do not recommend this location EVEN IF IT WAS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH. IT IS NOT WORTH THE TIME OR CRAZY AMOUNT OF MONEY.
