Cruz MMA offers a great environment in which to learn directly under a great master at the Art of fighting . What I like the most is you practice in real time not in theory , when you throw a kick or punch you will see what adjustments you have to make in order to delivery that . Coach Cruz is very knowledgeable and a student still of the history. Of martial arts it’s evident by one of his students who happens to be Alex Periera the current UFC champ . All his students now have access to things capable of a road to the UFC IF the student wishes . Amazing coaching , highly recommended !

Been in this gym for about two years and when I tell u I have dramatically gotten better coach Cruz is the best everyone there is very welcoming all the coaches caicai and everyone are amazing people never has a second family that I loved this much it’s my second home many ufc fighters come like Alex Tracy etc there is nothing I can say bad bout this gym

Just finished up my first session, one of the most professional and helpful people I’ve met, Wasn’t too sure about joining but they make you feel like family immediately. Would 100% recommend to friends & family.

I have been a member of CruzMMA for about 2 weeks now and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. All instructors are clear and concise with instructions. It is a competitive environment but everyone at the gym is nice and truly cares about each other. I have improved technique and form in a short matter of time. Professor Plinio and Professor Thiago are the best instructors I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend CruzMMA if you live in the area or if you are looking for a new environment to get great training.

The worst place to take your child. People think it’s a good gym just because the owner is well-known. I took my son for his very first KICKBOXING CLASS* — he had never done boxing before — and they still put him to spar with a boy who has been training for a long time. To make it worse, they paired him with an older kid who started punching him like he was a punching bag. There was no supervision, no teaching, no protection. If your child goes there, he’s just another number — another dollar sign. I do not recommend this place at all. It was the worst experience. My son has trained jiu-jitsu since he was 8 years old and he’s now 16. He knows discipline, but what happened there was completely unacceptable.
