A phenomenal Capoeira school for all ages. C. Mestre Cebolinha is an amazing teacher who is doing great work. Having his own academy is a testament to his dedication to the art of Capoeira. I’m so happy to have found this school and Cordao de Ouro family. There community is full of wonderful people who share a love for Capoeira. The training here is challenging but not only physically but mentally as well. A must visit for anyone who’s interested in learning Capoeira and also for well seasoned veterans of the art.

Mestre Cebolinha is incredibly talented. It was a struggle to decide on an after school activity for my 7 year old. When I looked up Capoeira, it had everything, acrobatics, flips, cartwheels and most importantly a teacher who is dedicated to his craft. Even my 2 year old enjoys watching her sister doing capoeira. Although she is not of age to participate, Mestre let her join in on a class. She quickly learned her moves and could not have been happier! You’re kids will love Capoeira with Mestre Cebolinha!

Mestre Cebolinha 's passion for capoeira translates in the way he teaches. My 7 yo has been with Mestre cebolinha for 3 years, me and my husband have joined the capoeira de valor family last year as well. A true capoeira experience , we learn music, we learn the fight, we learn all thelat our body is capable of doing and, we learn so much about the Afro Brazilian culture as well. The energy is absolutely amazing... Lots of Axé in Mestre Cebolinha teachings and Ilê da Capoeira.

This is my second house. Me and my kids are doing this for almost 3 years. The best teacher and mestre. The place is beautiful and the people who do capoeira two. For you know what I am talking about you need try the first free class and you will be thinking as me.

I've been practicing capoeira at BCC for almost 4 years now and I love it! I've never done any sort of martial art before and was nervous about learning something so complex as an adult, but it's gone really well. C.M. Cebolinha is a great teacher with lots of patience, experience and interest in creating a positive studio environment. Not only do I get an awesome workout every class, but we also learn a lot about the history and music of capoeira. Come check it out!
