This is Muay Thai with the finest elements of other stand up styles such as boxing, American Kickboxing etc. Coach Miguel and Coach Corey are excellent Instructors packaging fun skill development drills, pad work, and fitness in a well thought out class. The vibe is cooperative and competitive in a fun and safe environment. Really good people!

Can't say enough about the head instructor Miguel and the community vibes here at Jai Su! Tough work outs, amazing technique, and positive environment. Anyone would feel at home here! Miguel has competed as well as coached many Muay Thai tournaments, and knows what it takes to push yourself to the limit and be the best version of yourself that you can be! Highly recommend this gym!

To properly excel at any goal a proper foundation is key. Jai Su gym provides a large fully loaded facility and excellent coaching. Coach Miguel and Coach Corey focus on the importance of technic and conditioning while keeping the atmosphere approachable and friendly. They are both also active competitors in Muay Thai competitions. The people who train here are grounded and have a great vibe. Jai su gym provides an environment where anyone can be comfortable reaching their goal of learning and practicing Muay Thai and combat sports.

Instructor Miguel is very knowledgeable and motivating. The gym provides a supportive team environment. The skills you will gain are priceless especially as a woman it is critical to learn effective self defense techniques. You will gain a high level of fitness and confidence.

Jai Su is Thai for Willpower. Very good emphasis on Thai boxing. Miguel and Corey are great and you can sense that there is a love for the sport in them. Miguel is prompt. His style has a focus on physical fitness. He's willing to give private lessons if you just ask. He's shown up early and stayed later. He keeps the gym clean. Parking on the street and in the back. No one feels left out. Even if you're completely new they take you to the side and focus on you. There's gloves you can use if you want to dive right in. I started early this month at 160lbs and now am at 145lbs. They have classes from 7 days a week. With most of the class starting at 8. With the exception of Tuesday which is at 7. Thursday's there's a full day dedicated to sparring which is more so for the advanced guys BUT that doesn't mean you can't hang out and hit the bags and watch if you're a beginner.
