K Martial Arts - Belleville

I have been bringing my son to K Martial Arts since he was in Kindergarten. He is now going into third grade. I have nothing but positive things to say. His growth in martial arts and as child having been amazing to watch. Master Kim and Master Lee teach these kids not only martial arts but about life and how to be the best version of themselves. The school is a community like none other and it is amazing to be a part of such a wonderful taekwondo family. We love the school so much that my husband and I also joined and now get to take class with our son which has been great for family time. Our son has had the opportunity to compete in tournaments that are local, and outside of the state as well. Every experience challenging and rewarding. If you are looking for a taekwondo school that shows true heart and dedication look no further!

We can’t say enough great things about this Taekwondo school. Our son started at just 3 years old and is now 5, and the growth we’ve seen over the past two years has been incredible. Not only has he progressed so much in his skills, but his confidence, focus, and discipline have improved as well. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and truly care about each child’s development. They make learning fun while still teaching important life lessons. We are so grateful to be part of such an amazing school and highly recommend it to any parent considering Taekwondo for their child. We thank all the Instructors and Masters for this amazing experience we’re able to have our son be involved in.

My son has been enrolled here for almost a year and we love it. Master Lee and Grand Master Kim are absolutely fantastic. Their standards here are second to none and it’s been incredible watching my son’s progress. It’s such a privilege to have two such highly qualified Korean instructors teaching their national combat sport aka taekwondo here in Belleville. There’s a lot of martial arts schools to choose from in the local area, and this one is the best. Trust me, don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

The teachers are very knowledgeable, engaged, and respectful. Roxanne is phenomenal. She really works to ensure kids understand the respect aspect of taekwondo. They can be a bit strict but it helps the kids have a standard of behavior when they are in class which also then translate when they are out of class. They are also diligent and really work with you. I can see improvements in how my child behaves as result.

I highly recommend this school. Now my two kids are attending and they have shown improvement in their skills. It’s a fun environment and also helps them with discipline, respect themselves, family, friends and teachers .
