This is one gem of a gym, like a piece of Thailand landed in Jersey. Kaensak is such a great instructor, and very comfortable to be around. He’s patient and attentive while still being hardcore, and the respect between him and his fighters is incredible to see. He also makes a real effort to encourage women to join the classes, which I really appreciated. Group classes are super fun with him & Steve. Not everyone has the chance to take private lessons with a champ like Kaensak, so take that opportunity if you can. 💪🏽

I've never personally been to Kaensak or trained there. However, I did get to corner my fighter competing against the team on a recent Golden Era Muay Thai Championship card. The fighters were skilled. The coaches were thorough and knowledgeable. But above all, everyone was really nice. In the fight game, you don't need to be a jerk and talk smack or have to hate your opponent to fight them. But it's definitely unique to really like the people you're about to go to battle against. And that was my experience with the team from Kaensak. Genuine good people and I wish them nothing but the best.

Kaensak is a Muay Thai legend and fantastic coach. Training here is like being in Thailand, you will improve far quicker with Kaensak than most. The gym is very welcoming to all levels from complete beginner to advanced, no better place in NJ to learn striking.
