Self defense women’s class gave me the confidence I needed to work on improving my strength and endurance while having fun and trying to stay fit! I love the workouts, stretching & the sweat every class! Thanks a lot to coach Maria for being very patient, knowledgeable & humble! I love my prolific classmates too!

Prolific BJJ is THE PREMIERE jiu jitsu gym in the Bayonne area. Professor George has done a great job of cultivating a family friendly environment. Every class you come out better than you did before. George has done a great job teaching all of his students including myself to be better practitioners. George also teaches kids classes so it is also opened to kids who want to learn self defense as well as getting into an extra curricular activity. The gym is clean and the membership is reasonably priced. I highly recommend visiting Prolific BJJ if you are looking to get into Jiu Jitsu

Prolific Jiu Jitsu is an amazing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym that welcomes all levels of skill, from starters to advanced. There is a high level of motivation and respect among the gym members. In addition, this gym offers great Muay Thai classes on specific days of the week. Classes are offered in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Not only is Prolific Jiu Jitsu a gym that a person will learn and gain experience from but also, it is a gym worth your time. I highly recommend!

Prolific BJJ is a great place to train. Coach George is passionate about Jiu Jitsu and passing along his knowledge to his students. Whenever I'm there I feel like I'm home. Clean, friendly and great training. Not much more you can ask for!

As a petite woman getting into this I was really hesitant to join . I signed my 9yr old daughter first to take classes and she loved it and continued training. So then I signed up and now we love it . Its a safe atmosphere to join a great martial art that is beneficial for everyone. Everyone is humble and definitely the kids have fun while learning real self defense ! We both do BJJ and Muay Thai
