I can’t say enough good things about Spyda Muay Thai. From day one, the atmosphere has been welcoming, motivating, and professional. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and truly care about your progress. It doesn’t matter if you’re a complete beginner like I was, they meet you where you are and push you to be better every single session. Every class is great. It is technical, intense, and well-structured, but always safe and respectful. You can tell the instructors are passionate about Muay Thai. Also, the gym culture is great. Everyone supports each other, no egos, just hard work and positivity. If you’re looking for a legit Muay Thai gym with elite coaching and an awesome community, Spyda Muay Thai is the place to be. I highly recommend to anyone serious about training or just looking to get in great shape while learning something real.

I can honestly say Spyda Muay Thai is an amazing program from top to bottom. From day one, they are incredibly welcoming to beginners and make you feel comfortable no matter your experience level. The coaches are knowledgeable, patient, and truly care about helping you improve while building your confidence. The team atmosphere is friendly and supportive — both the staff and students create a positive environment that makes you actually look forward to training. The facility is always clean, with spacious mats and well-maintained equipment. The bathrooms are spotless, and they even have a locker room to accommodate women, which makes a huge difference in feeling safe and comfortable. They offer classes for beginners, all levels, and even children and juniors, so it’s truly a place for everyone. I always feel like I’m leaving with new knowledge and skills in the art of Muay Thai. The coaches and students give you the confidence to grow. I do take the adult level classes but I see that for the children’s and junior’s, they offer enough comfortable seats for parents to watch their kiddos in action! Communication is also great, and they make everything easy to understand, from scheduling to expectations. Plus, parking is easy, which is always a bonus. Overall, Spyda Muay Thai is an outstanding Muay Thai school with an incredible community. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about starting or continuing their Muay Thai journey!

I am new to a gym that teaches martial arts. I and others that are new are welcomed. Classes are paced depending on how physicially fit or familiar you are with martial arts. You can come to as many classes as youd like if you pay the monthly or annual fee. There are multiple classes for children, teens, and adults. I like the coaches are challenging and provide good insight to better myself that is easy to understand and repeat for myself at home. There is a track to work towards higher levels of training. You can choose to work towards competing in fights or casually coming for a good physical workout. There is no pressure, but its a great environment encouraging growth. The facility is clean and provides a welcoming environment. Its easy to make friends here and many of the other members are friendly and help me along with the coaches. Im overall more than satisfied and look forward to growing and learning with each class

I've been training at Spyda Muay Thai since October. The coaches' teaching styles and class structure is great, a good mix of conditioning and drilling technique. They truly care about students' growth in the sport/martial art, as well as fostering a strong knit community. There is no ego, and everyone learns from each other. Class schedule is very flexible for if you work during the day or night. Not only is Spyda Muay Thai a great place for a workout but also for personal growth and development.

In the year that I have been with Spyda I am able to say, without a doubt, it has been one hell of an experience. I came in expecting to become disciplined and acquire a new hobby. Not only did I achieve those things, I was also welcomed into a new environment, a new experience, and most importantly, a new family. Since the first day I walked into Kru’s gym I felt like I knew everybody already. The hospitality that Spyda himself along with Coach Jordan and Coach Dave radiate is what brings everyone together and I believe it is what makes the gym up as a whole. If there is no community, no family and no good atmosphere then there is no motivation, discipline, positivity, and peace. Muay thai for me is no longer just a workout or a simple class and it never was. It is an art. It is something that should bring peace to the mind like counting sheep or meditation. Something that should be like a second home to you. I hope that more people continue to discover the beauty in the art of Muay Thai. Maybe you will discover something in you along the way.
