I can’t say enough good things about this gym. Mike runs a top-notch Muay Thai and wrestling program and you can tell immediately he actually cares about his students, not just memberships. The coaching is hands-on, technical, and realistic whether you’re brand new or already experienced. The atmosphere is welcoming but serious about training, no egos, no nonsense, just hard work and real progress. All of the coaches are fantastic! My son has been attending since the end of 2020 (once everything reopened after covid) and he's learned so much! Such a great atmosphere for all ages!!

I can’t recommend this gym enough. I had heard great things about it for a while, but was initially a bit nervous to walk in. I eventually decided I needed a change and took the leap, and I am so glad I did. The atmosphere is incredible; you see a diverse mix of generations on the mats, and everyone is kind, inclusive, and helpful. There are absolutely no egos here. It really is a special place; you can feel the positive energy the moment you start training.
