My 6yo and 9yo have been coming to 10P for about six months now and they love it! They're always eager for class. My wife and I like the schedule, Mon-Thur 5-545pm. Coach Nate and Coach Donnie are great! My 9yo's confidence has noticeably risen over the last few months. Would definitely recommend 10P to other parents!!!

I have instructed for 24 years. I have seen a lot of training facilities and gyms. This is the best place for grappling arts. Safety, from the warm ups to the techniques safety is paramount. Experience, all of the instructors have exceptional knowledge from the best grapplers in the world, like Marcelo Garcia to Craig Jones and more. Community, everyone here is focused on getting better no egos, just good people and vibes everyone welcome. I am 44 these people have gotten me in the best shape of my life no more high blood pressure. Thank you, Nate, Ferg, Donnie, Joe, and Heather
