Our two sons have had a great time in both summer camp and after school care at Jiu Jitsu. The staff is great - they're friendly, professional, and always helpful if one of our boys is too wild or fails to follow instructions.

Such a fantastic place. Professor Romero is welcoming, patient, and a great teacher no matter what your skill level. I went in for cardio kickboxing as an absolute beginner and am now fit and strong thanks to the Lab. Professor plans intense workouts that you participate in at your own pace and that are thoroughly fun and enjoyable. No workout has been the same and each session I really feel like I'm getting the chance to push myself in a comfortable, motivating environment. The other students are encouraging and great people to practice your moves with. Definitely a great place to develop some cool skills as well as your health and strength!

Great place for adults to train. Professional facility with a great staff and students. I procrastinated on joining because of “time and money.” For the quality of instruction and professional facility it’s really a bargain. I have found the class schedule to be accommodating as well. Other students are very welcoming. Professor Romero and the coaches are passionate about BJJ and provide great instruction. At the time of this review I believe you can attend a class for free. Grab a loaner GI and give it a try.

If you're looking for a place for your kids to stay after school or in the summer, in a respectful, fun and caring oving environment, this is the best place in town. Professor Romero and his staff are amazing. They are great with the kids, always have fun activities planned, and don't forget about academics in the process. Last but not least, they are all good role models for the kids. They are kind, patient, respectful, calm, caring but still firm, responsible and trustworthy. My kid has grown so much since he started there, emotionally and socially.
